– Check-in: 15:00 hours (on your arrival day we cannot guarantee your room keys before that time, if you arrive earlier and your room isn’t ready we have a luggage room so that you may start enjoying our facilities while waiting)
– Check-out: 12:00 hours (on your departure day your room must be vacated before that time).
– Unaccompanied minors are not allowed
– Smoking is forbidden in the whole complex except in the solarium and on the balcony/terrace
– Pets are not allowed
– Balls are not allowed
– Some items may require a deposit (for example, the TV remote control)
– We do not offer a rental or loan service for pool towels.
