Since its conception, the Garajonay Apartments have opted for an environmental policy, consistently studying and carrying out any necessary amendments within our functional structure, aiming to make our financial results compatible with the development of environmental values, which has been endorsed with the Travelife Gold certification.
But sustainability and the environment are not only a question of natural resources, but also of people. Hotels and tourism are the main economic engine of our islands, as such they have a responsibility towards the local community and should actively collaborate in the creation of its social fabric. As an independent hotel chain we are especially proud of our sustainability achievements, but our goal is that caring for our environment ceases to be a trend and a reason for differentiation until it becomes a common feature of all tourism-related hotels and businesses in our destination and globally.
